Youth Leadership Program

This program offers high school juniors & seniors the opportunity to develop leadership skills while gaining insights into career paths, civic involvement, and potential future workplaces.

S.T.E.A.M. Fair

Held at San Marcos High School, the S.T.E.A.M. Career Exploration Fair showcases local businesses and employment opportunities in STEM careers, along with Arts, inspiring students to pursue paths in high-demand fields in this region.

Summer Teacher Externships Program

The Chamber facilitates summer externships for SMCISD teachers, allowing them to gain firsthand experience in local businesses and integrate real-life business practices into their curriculum. Businesses volunteer to host the teachers and gain valuable exposure to the future workforce.
