IMPORTANT NOTE: This event is designed for fun and to boost awareness of the Career and Technical Education programs at San Marcos CISD. The cornhole boards were built by students in the Construction Trades class at San Marcos High School, thanks to a donation of materials from McCoy’s Building Supply! Please keep in mind that this is a FUN-draiser, not a professional level competition by any means. We’re excited to announce that 100% of proceeds from the Rattler Toss (side game) and Silent Auction of Game Boards will go back to the San Marcos High School Construction Trades Class!

SPECTATORS – Must purchase a ticket for this event, and there is a limited quantity. This is because there is a capacity limit at this venue! With all teams, sponsors and volunteers inside, there may not be enough room to admit others.

BRACKETS – Are being printed today. The BLIND DRAW will happen at noon.

4:00ish Toss for a Free Truck (estimated time)
Final Four teams play (estimated time)

4:20ish Championship Round is played (estimated time)

5:00ish Silent Auction closes – high bidders announced
Raffle prize drawings

5:15 p.m. Event concludes

ALL PLAYERS RECEIVE…
Goodie bag with 2 bottles of water, 1 lunch ticket, 2 drink tickets (beer & soda), chips/snacks.
Players also receive one free chance to compete in the Toss for a Free Truck contest!!! Drawing & toss to be held around 4:50pm.

FOOD, DRINKS & SNACKS
Thanks to “Grill Master Sponsor” AirONE Heating & Air Conditioning, all players will enjoy a fresh grilled burger, toppings bar, and chips. (Vegetarian options are available.) Brown Distributing sponsored the beer and sparkling beverages. Players also have access to a Snack Station after lunch with a variety of sweet & savory snacks. Bottled waters are provided by Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative!

The 2024 souvenir t-shirt is available for $20. (Photo below.) Please order online to select your size. Orders placed by March 8 can be picked up on tournament day. After that, orders placed by March 30 can be picked up at the Chamber on April 16.

Rattler Toss – Take a chance and get as many bags in the hole as possible in 30 seconds. $20 per chance. (Tie-breaker drawing for top scorers, if needed.) 100% of proceeds from this activity will be donated back to the Construction Trades Class at San Marcos High School!

Raffle – $20 per chance or 6 for $100
Prizes include: Borbon & Cigars Set from El Leon Cigar Company, $200 Jason’s Deli Gift Card, Customized Cornhole Boards, $100 VISA Gift Card, YETI Tank 45 Gallon

Spectator Tickets – $10 per person. Admitted starting at 11:30am as space allows.
Ticket includes one free cold drink! Plus they can participate in the Rattler Toss, Raffle and Silent Auction!

Toss for a Free Truck – sponsored by Chuck Nash Auto Group
Each team player receives a chance to toss for a free, brand-new Chevy Silverado, courtesy of Chuck Nash Auto Group — a $50,000 vehicle! Drawing and toss happen at 4:00 p.m.

Silent Auction
Three sets of awesome cornhole boards will be up for bid at the tournament! All were built by SMHS students and custom painted by new chamber member Wall Fire.
