The Chamber is thrilled to welcome new businesses, new locations, and dedicated service providers to our community. Here’s a look at each of the businesses we celebrated this month:



San Marcos Treatment Center
San Marcos Treatment Center has provided specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents since 1939. The facility offers a residential treatment program on a scenic 65-acre campus and remains a key resource for mental health services in Central Texas.



Surplus Americans LLC
Surplus Americans is a Central Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to building a strong, supportive veteran community. Founded in 2016 by Hunter Bruce and Jason White, this organization focuses on improving the lives of veterans facing emergency housing situations, while also addressing mental health through peer-to-peer support and connection.



OTC Industrial Technologies
OTC Industrial Technologies is a leading provider of industrial equipment and service solutions, specializing in compressed air systems, pumps, automation, and more. With decades of experience, the company supports manufacturing operations across North America with engineering expertise and customized maintenance services.



SipIT Daiquiris and Margaritas
Located at 1515 Aquarena Springs Drive, SipIT Daiquiris and Margaritas is a to-go beverage stop specializing in frozen cocktails. With rotating flavors and customizable options, the business caters to customers seeking a fast and flavorful experience.



HCS Technical Services
HCS Technical Services provides managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions, and consulting for businesses across Central Texas. Their services are designed to help small and mid-sized organizations enhance operational efficiency and security.



D.R. Horton – Whisper South
Whisper South is a new residential community in San Marcos developed by D.R. Horton. The neighborhood features modern home designs, energy-efficient builds, and convenient access to local schools, parks, and retail areas. Located at 213 Iron Mountain Cove, their model home is now open for tours. Whisper South offers 9 thoughtfully designed floorplans, featuring 3–5 bedrooms, up to 3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages.



School Fuel
Now located inside the Felipe Reyna SMCISD Administration Building, School Fuel is a nonprofit organization committed to reducing food insecurity among San Marcos CISD students. The group assembles and distributes weekend meal packs to help ensure no child goes hungry outside of school hours.



Tikiz Shaved Ice & Ice Cream
Located in the Red Bus Food Park, Tikiz Shaved Ice and Ice Cream operates a mobile dessert truck offering tropical shaved ice and ice cream treats. The brand blends fun, flavor, and nostalgia for events, neighborhoods, and private parties.



Casa of Central texas
Congratulations to CASA of Central Texas on their 40th anniversary! CASA of Central Texas has advocated for abused and neglected children for four decades. Through trained volunteers, the nonprofit represents children in court and supports their placement in safe, permanent homes.
